Realizing

It's been so long I don't write something here. I think I had been so busy that I didn't see this quite blog. Actually, I was lazy instead of busy, hehe..
Ok,I'll try to write something about what 'realizing'. Realizing is condition when you fully understand about your position in a circumstances. After realizing you will know how to act and/or react correctly.
It's very good when you can realize something yourself. But, sometimes we need intervention from people around. The intervention usually come from people whose understanding of the circumstances is better than us. In work, the realizing intervention usually come from our boss.
Try to realize deeply so you can act and/or react correctly and at the end you will get great achievement.
