Dena Rachman said: "you are not living alone." This quote reminds me to always respect others. It basically means that we are social creature that live by mutual support from other human. We can't live alone, we need support from others. Everyone has a special background and role on cycle of life. The role is independently depend on the person itself. He/She choose the role he want to play based on his/her very interest, we can do nothing on it. The background will affect the role chosen, that is why people with similar background tend to play similar role. Sometime the role chosen can be very far away from the background. For example someone with a very religious background can be easily change his/her religion, someone with electrical engineering degree can be a very good farmer. We live the life with many different backgrounds and roles.
As we are different one to another, we have to accept other existence. Our basic universal role shall be respect other role. You can't push anyone to follow your role, you can't judge that your role is the right one. Roles have to be different so we can live the life.
Indonesia's national motto 'Bhinneka Tunggal Ika' (Unity in Diversity) can be universal motto. By respecting other background and role we can make a better world.
NB: Dena Rachman is Indonesian transgender actress. She was born as a male named after Renaldy Rachman. She decided to play a role as a female with male background. If you get me right, you will play your role right away to respect Dena.
