As my promise, I will share about the film that I had watched in December 2010. It is about 2 months ago, I hope I can share the story briefly and correctly. Anyway, this is my way to improve my writing skill, so please don't hesitate to give a comments, suggestions, or critics.
V for Vendetta, a film that was released by Warner Brothers on March 2006, is thriller film directed by James McTeigue. It is an adaptation of the comic book series of the same name by Alan Moore and David Lloyd. It tells about rebellion/opposition to totalitarian government of Britain in near future. The rebel is V, a vigilant masked man.
V helps a woman, Evey, from a attempted rape planned by some government police. After saving Evey, V bring her to a roof of building and show her a destruction of a bridge that he arranged to warn the totalitarian government. V promise to destroy House of Parliament by next year on November 5th. Analyzing the country condition under the current government, Evey understand the reason why V opposite the government. Before November 5th, V kill all of the government staffs who do a bad things according to him. He always leaves a red rose as his sign.
In sum, Evey and V become friend and opposite the government together. At the end V is successfully destroy the building of House of Parliament. By sacrificed himself, he also kills the prime minister of Britain. V dies in victory. His action is supported by the Britain people denoted by using the same mask like V's.
